I would like to add that the older version of the 1337pwn.com applications will cease to functions over the next two weeks. Yes, this is a mandatory update so we can shut down our old server infrastructure.

Any idea why on this version i can't find the welcome tab or any other tab besides the friend tab?

With iNXES 2.0, we've retired the Welcome and Top Games sections of the application. Neither was particularly popular. The Welcome screen was downright disliked by some people (application used to launch right into it). We wanted to make the application leaner and faster. We even eliminated the application's registration screen.
Updated screenshots reflecting the removal of the Welcome and Top Games sections were uploaded to Apple, but as with everything else in the iTunes App Store, it takes a while before they appear.
